Meet the Owners

For more than 25 years, Ted and Teresa have shared a passion for food, wine, and travel. Their journey began with family visits to Napa Valley, where their love of wine first took root, and has since expanded to international adventures exploring vineyards and culinary traditions around the world. When they became part of the Southport community in 2019, they discovered Jeff and Meridith — and that connection ultimately led to a partnership to purchase Uncorked. Ted and Teresa are thrilled that Jeff and Meridith remain an essential part of the Uncorked team, continuing the spirit, expertise, and hospitality that have defined the shop from the beginning. Their shared goal is simple: to continue offering the community a curated selection of exceptional wines, thoughtful non‑wine items, and warm, personalized support for events both in our space and yours.
