  • A gorgeous rosé Champagne with sliced strawberries, orange peel and hints of cream and pie crust. Medium body, tight and integrated tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Tangy acidity. The texture shows a fine bead and lightness. Long and intense. Drink now. Chardonnay blend. JS 94 pts, WS 93 pts, RP 93 pts.
  • A golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavors of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut. Pair with all fish, especially sushi and sashimi, shellfish such as shrimp, prawns, crayfish and grilled lobster, poultry and white meat, cashews, parmesan or prosciutto.   • Pale, shimmering orange. Fresh red berries, orange pith, pungent flowers and toasty lees on the incisive nose. Intense strawberry, cherry, tangerine and honeysuckle flavors smoothly blend depth and delicacy and show no rough edges. Closes taut, long and precise, with repeating toastiness and lingering red fruit character. V 93 pts.
  • Very well structured, with exemplary purity of red fruits. A striking Champagne on the nose offering similar sensations on the palate. Warm and satiny, lightly spiced with balanced hints of stoned fruits thanks to a lovely freshness in the finish. Ideal as an aperitif.   • The Carte d'Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly. WS 92 pts, RP 90 pts, WE 90 pts.
  • Light and refreshing, we made our Brut to enjoy on its own or paired with, well, just about anything. This sparkling wine opens with notes of green apple, banana, and tropical kiwi, developing into flavors of peach and tart strawberry on the palate.
  • Produced exclusively with hand-picked grapes, this Cuvée was put on the American market for the first time in 1985. It is prepared according to the traditional method. Its bouquet with pear aroma distinguishes it from other sparkling wines and the fruity aroma lends it an initial effervescence which culminates in a lingering, creamy effect. 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay. WS 91 pts, WE 90 pts.

  • This sleek sparkler from New Mexico is expressive with its floral apple and toasty cinnamon aromas and crisp, layered flavors of lime and mineral. WS 90 pts.
  • Mas Fi Brut Cava is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine. Undergoing second fermentation in this bottle, it is aged for 10 months providing its fine bubbles and complex and structured palate. There are notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose, with fresh stone fruits and pleasant creamy flavors in the mouth.
  • Masottina Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut possesses a “very intense, deep nose with notes of pear, peach, elderflower and almond. This flows onto a mineral-drenched palate with touches of eucalyptus. Great length and depth of flavor. Varietal: Glera. WE 89 pts.
